Child safety standards

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Sph3re is a social gaming application published by Inv0lv3. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards child exploitation and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material. This page sets out our rules, the tools available to every user to report content, and how we handle those reports.

Strictly prohibited

  • Any sexual content involving a minor, in any form whatsoever: text, image, video, live broadcast, voice message, avatar or artificial-intelligence generated illustration.
  • Any attempt to contact, solicit or groom a minor for sexual purposes, including through private messages.
  • Promoting, seeking, sharing or reselling such content, as well as any link leading to it outside the platform.
  • Any form of sexualisation of a minor, even without nudity, and sexually explicit content in general.
  • These rules appear in the charter that every user can read from within the application, and apply everywhere: posts, comments, private messages, groups, voice rooms and live broadcasts.

Minimum age

  • Sph3re is restricted to people aged 15 and over, and 16 and over in the European Union countries that require it.
  • We do not knowingly collect data about a child below that age.
  • Any account reported as belonging to a person below the minimum age is deleted. A parent or guardian may request that deletion by writing to the address at the bottom of this page.

Reporting from within the application

  • A "Report" button is available on content published by other members: posts, comments, private messages, group messages, profile biographies, group descriptions, videos, clips and shared files.
  • Words spoken in a voice room or during a live broadcast can also be reported: the written transcript of the relevant passage is attached to the report and is readable only by our moderation team.
  • Select the "Illegal content" reason for anything involving the exploitation of a minor, and describe the situation in the free-text field provided.
  • You may also block a member at any time, which immediately cuts off all contact with them.
  • No account is required to alert us: the contact address at the bottom of this page is open to everyone, including people who do not use Sph3re.

How we handle a report

  • Every report feeds a moderation queue handled by our team, and by them alone: reports are never made public.
  • An automated filter also analyses published content and records detected violations for human review.
  • Content involving a minor leads to its removal and to the immediate and permanent ban of the responsible account, without prior warning or intermediate step.
  • Evidence needed to establish the facts is retained where it relates to an ongoing case, including if the account is deleted in the meantime.

Reporting to authorities and legal framework

  • Inv0lv3 is established in France. We comply with all applicable child protection laws, in particular the French penal code and the European Digital Services Act.
  • Any child sexual abuse material brought to our attention is reported to PHAROS, the French Ministry of the Interior platform, and forwarded to the competent bodies of other countries concerned where the law requires it.
  • We respond to judicial requests and cooperate with investigative services and child protection organisations.
  • These standards are permanently published at this address and apply across all Sph3re services.

Point of contact

  • For any question regarding our practices against child sexual abuse material, or to report content without going through the application, write to us with "Child safety" in the subject line. Authorities and child protection organisations may use the same address: 4hm3du51v3@gmail.com
